Skill Point Therapy is committed to providing high-quality therapy services to children with developmental delays, autism, fine motor skills challenges, coordination concerns, sensory regulation issues, focus difficulties, behavior challenges, handwriting issues, social skills difficulties, life skills challenges, and speech concerns.

As a pediatric occupational therapist (OTR/L) or certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA), pediatric physical therapist (PT) or physical therapy assistant (PTA), or pediatric speech therapist (SPL), you play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of children throughout the Tampa area.

Your skills and dedication may be an important part of helping these children overcome their challenges and reach their full potential.

General Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in therapy or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Passion to help and motivate others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • FL DOH License required
  • FL Medicaid Provider Preferred

Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitate rehabilitation of pediatric patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities
  • Monitor and assess patient rehabilitative programs
  • Convey treatment results and patient progress to all relevant parties
  • Organize and update patient records
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment
